Will there be a shipping confirmation once the order is placed?

Once an order transaction has been completed a confirmation will be sent to you via email. 

How long does shipping take?

We partner with suppliers all over the world.  Because we ship directly from our partners in various countries, your item will typically take 3 weeks to arrive at your door.  In some cases, it may take up to 5 weeks.  Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way.  Please use our Order Tracker page to stay up to date on the location of your package.

What if I'm not happy with the product?

Your satisfaction is our absolute top priority.  If you don't absolutely love something you bought here at our store, then you can always return it for a hassle-free refund.  Note that the product must be in the original packaging to receive a full refund.  So be sure to keep your packaging after opening if you think it's possible you may want to return it!  Find more details on our Refund Policy.

I ordered multiple items, why did I only receive one? 

We have multiple manufacturing sites, some of which only focus on creating specific items. Because of this, it is possible that you may receive an item separately from the rest if you ordered products that come from two different sites. So rest assured if all items from your order do not arrive at once....the rest of your order is on its way!

How do I track my package?

We provide our customers with a tracking number after their purchase has been processed which can be tracked through Order Tracker link on our site. Due note that it often takes 3-7 days for orders to be fulfilled and shipped


I did not get a tracking number, what do i do?

Once your order has been completely processed, we will email you a tracking number (typically within 3-4 days of your purchase). If you did not get a tracking number after 6 days of your order you can simply request yours through our contact form and we will gladly you provide you with one. 


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We want to make sure that everyone is able to receive our products. 


Will You be adding more products?

Although we are focused on our customers' favorite products, we are always in the process of adding products to our store. We want to provide everything needed to make for a great customer experience.
